Listen up.

This is a big time deal, ever heard of the BBC? this is that big- a chance to tell your story. Details will be given to those chosen by me and that is that. Deal.
Film company makes the final choices and I have nothing to do with that.

First up we need people who ARE involved in classaction lawsuits for the death or sickness of your pets.
I do NOT want to know the details of which lawyer or any of that, because frankly I don't care about that, but I have been asked to get some folks to do this. And the film company cares about getting people who ARE involved in the class action lawsuits.
Maybe others, NOT involved in class actions can be next but it AINT my call, this is what we CAN get right now and I am not letting this chance go.

If you want to get all pissy with me over this then you aint getting chosen, simple enough?

This is something REAL farking important so here is your chance, do it or don't. NO DEBATE.

I am looking for the best people we can muster here to get out front and tell our story. And I need them now.

Anyone know how to get in touch with MrsP?

weren't some people having trouble getting on CALS because of lack of *evidence*? those same people are having their claims rejected by the PFI also. and there are the ones that are not allowed to apply for reimbursement because of CALS, so there are people who didn't join CALS because they needed reimbursement.

i'm not involved in either, but just wanted to toss that out there for consideration   Smiley  they have stories also and part of their stories may be why they are not part of a CALS and how they have been treated regarding the loss or serious injury to their pet(s). by them not being included, isn't it just one more slap in the face?

What we have is a chance to get the stories of the class action members told.

I HOPE to get the same thing done for people who did NOT join a class action, but RIGHT NOW RIGHT HERE this is what there is.

Blowing this chance for others by screwing it up is not going to help get any story told.

I am sure that screaming about what the film company is doing and how they prefer to do it will be tons of fun but it won't get the film MADE now will it?

Ok, if you want me to tell the film company that you don't think this is fair and that nobody should get a chance at all until they do it to suit you that they will be very impressed.

I need to get the list of those who DO want to do this. And have joined a class action lawsuit.

NOW READ THIS AGAIN, there may be a chance to get the stories of those who are NOT involved in class actions law suits. And other films for surviving pets and other stuff too but FIRST -THIS is what we have.

If you can do better then please do it.

i was thinking of balance in the film and those that are not a part of CALS represent a large number of affected pet owners. just thought since you had their ear so to speak . . .  if only one film story gets told out there, maybe it should encompass the total sum of what happened.  you are one of the people that likes to tout the numbers after all   Wink

straybaby, are you a film maker , a big time film maker who can get this done?

Do you have the budget to get it done? The film crews, the talent? The ability to get it done to be released pretty farking quick?

Then please do so.
I, MYSELF. do not qualify to be in this but I am not gonna argue and mess it up for others. I am going to cooperate and say yessir and put on my party manners to get this done and anyone who does not like that can take it to the ring. The ones who want to tell their stories then let me know and we will see if you can.

That is why I asked for NO DEBATE.

PLEASE READ AGAIN, no one says this is the only thing that will be done- that is a NON ISSUE- farking it up on the first one will ensure that fewer films get done, is that what you want?

I want the story told and I am gonna be as sweet and cooperative and a lot of other things that don't come natural to me to get that done.

edited in error.  I'm sorry E.   Embarrassed  I misread

oh yeah, I have a real rep for yessing folks, not bloody likely!

No one says this is the only thing or the last thing or even the BIGGEST thing being being worked on, got that?

But this is the FIRST chance and I am working on a short deadline.

If anyone has better offers from the media, a SYMPATHETIC media then by all means, have at it.

My mistake, I thought people wanted their stories told to the world.

E. Hamilton Great going ! Go for it! This is great news. In the law suit story on the main itchmo page I think someone mentioned knowing several of the people. They  mentioned they may all live in the same area.

This thread is being locked I will fill the slots I have left on my list in other places unless people PM me real quick.
Just me, I did not call anyone a name.

I AM calling for the poster MrsP, you know, the one who actually got the news out on a radio show, several times and got something done and then left this forum? THAT MrsP.

THAT is the user MrsP and I really wish I could find her.

This is eating time on the deadline I have for finding people and I wonder why someone would want to make pet parents lose their chance to tell their story?

As for not wanting the details on lawsuits, well, my lack of caring AND the fact that I do not wish to invade peoples privacy is a real problem? I am not asking for details on something I do not need to know and I simply do not have the time to mess around.
Anyone else offering this chance?
Thought not.

If you do not want the pet parents to have a chance to tell their story then the debate and the arguing is a real good way to do that.

If you know someone who wants their story told , well, get em here quick.
They can PM me.
And I mean quick, there is a deadline.

Then ask yourself, here is a chance being offered to tell my story and here are people trying to take that chance away from pet parents then make up your own mind.

I apologize.  I misread your comment.

I don't personally know anyone who has filed a lawsuit or I would let them know about this thread.

Eventually they will understand,
Replied the glorious cat
For I will whisper into their hearts
That I am always with them
I just am....forever and ever and ever.
