Yes, Lil Mama is a real sweetheart. I pray she and her babies will all find excellent homes with a very loving person or family. Wish I could of taken her in.  I loved how she squeeked instead of meowed............

Excellent idea! When they are old enough to be brought to Petsmart I will be sure to give them all names. I have done this on a quite a few occasions with other kitties that have been brought there. My humane society friend and I have had alot of fun in the past trying to pick appropriate names for those who do not have one.

 Maybe you guys would like to help pick out names! I know that it may be a little difficult without actually seeing them but it might be fun.

Most definitely! If one of the black and white ones is a female, it's name will be Kitt'n.

Laurie, I'm just reading this whole story now...what wonderful news about Lil Mama and her babies!!

This story hit close to home for me. Almost five years ago, a friend of mine took in a very pregnant stray cat and kept her safe till her kittens were born. She already had a houseful of critters and couldn't keep any of them, so she adopted them out. I was looking to add a kitty to my household at the time, but I had a senior kitty and I didn't think she'd do well with a feisty kitten, so I adopted the mama She is now my sweet Katie cat, and I can't imagine how her life would have turned out if my friend hadn't helped her

So, there are people out there who will adopt an adult kitty I hope Lil Mama finds a loving home very soon!

I'd like to have you consider Sammy if there is an orange and white boy, in memory of my baby Sampson who died way too young. He was the snuggliest, lovingest baby who was happiest when he was being cradled in my arms. He did have his "tear around like a crazy boy" moments, too, though.

Whatever their names may be, they surely are surrounded by a lot of love!
