Laurie........Thank you from the bottom of my heart for going above and beyond for this little Mama and her soon to be babies.

Yours is a heart of gold Cheesy
It's okay to be sad, but it's okay to be happy that she and her babies all have a chance at a new and better life.

I DO understand, but if you couldn't keep her, you put her in a position to be well cared for, to have her babies and then for all of them to find forever homes. It hurts like crazy to love them so much that you have to let them go. You done good, girl!

Bless you for this for Her and the kittens. It is very hard, but I think you did a great job.
Thanks so much for taking care of Her.

I am very happy to announce that pregnant kitty, or Lil Mama as I have come to call her, has given birth to 4 beautiful kittens. All seem healthy. There are 3 black and white ones and 1 tiger one. My humane society friend said lil mama was so happy to see her today that she pushed the kittens off her teets and when over to her and gave her a big head butt! I cannot wait to see all of them and I am so relieved that they are doing well. BIG sigh of relief.............. Smiley

Awww Laurie that is such good news!  Poor mama kitty.  Do you think she will be adopted out after her babies can be on their own, maybe even with some of her babies? I shudder to think what would have happened to her and/or her babies if you hadnt saved her.  The outcome would not have been good.  You deserve a big hug for doing this for her and her babies Laurie!   Kiss

Congratulations Little Mama, and (Grandma) Laurie!  Thanks to you, Little Mama's kittens (and Mama herself) have a chance at a far better life.  She sounds like a very sweet kitty, and hopefully after her babies no longer need her, she will find a loving home too.
