Has anyone yet been able to contact Nikki who has been missing since April 28th? There are a lot of people all over the country who are getting concerned. Many of us find it to be a little more then just a coincidence that a person who was threatened by a pet food company just suddenly vanishes never to be heard from again. http://tinyurl.com/2puun6

Glad you posted this, Steve - I've been concerned, too.
I'm hoping it's just a legal thing.
Nikki, if you're out there, know that we're behind you and hope you're ok.

What's the deal with the threats? I heard something about it but not in detail. At PNV2 we've been having some really strange things happening and some very strange emails lol doubt it is connected to Nikki's situation though

Maybe this guy knows what happened to Nikki. Richard E. MacLean General Counsel Blue Buffalo Company, Ltd Richard E. MacLean Richard is Of Counsel to the firm. Richard has been practicing law in Fairfield County, Connecticut for over 20 years. From 1999 to 2003 Richard served as in-house Counsel to South Beach Beverage Company where he managed all facets of the company’s legal needs, including its intellectual property, government compliance, litigation, product quality and the eventual sale of the Company to PepsiCo in 2001 for over $300 million. Richard’s private legal career has focused primarily in litigation and trial work, but he has extensive experience in all aspects of general business law, including intellectual property, corporate transactions, government compliance and contracts. Richard is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Connecticut, the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the United States Court of Appeals for the 2 nd Circuit, and he has appeared by special permission before the courts of numerous other states. Color me confused but the guy says: No BLUE products have been implicated in any of the recent recalls, and there is no reliable scientific evidence that even remotely suggests that BLUE products are anything but safe and healthy for pets. For you to suggest otherwise on your web site is defamatory, particularly in light of the current consumer concerns about pet safety. But several Blue Buffalo products have been recalled. It was recalled but it wasn't?

But several Blue Buffalo products have been recalled. It was recalled but it wasn't? The letter to Howl911 had been sent BEFORE any Blue Buffalo products had been recalled. So at the time, he was correct.

Any news? I'm starting to worry, too!
That letter from Blue is a crock of crap. It's just a muscle treatment, trying to scare somebody, like a bully would.
I'll boycott Blue from now on, just on the basis of that letter!

Nikki didn't do any more than any other person would have done. She did her research and the only difference is that she put the info she had out there in the open. She didn't deserve that letter. I hope she's ok, I'm worried though
