You must schedule an appointment for a spay or neuter. Please contact FACE at (317) 638-3223 Monday through Thursdays, 9:30am to 4:30pm.

Occasionally there are individuals who cannot afford or simply will not pay for spaying and neutering of their dog or cat. FACE has the ability to provide a limited number of free spay or neuters in such cases.

Saturday: 10:00am to 2:00pm
Sunday: 11:00am to 3:00pm
 
Clients may bring up to 3 animals per visit.

Our Wellness Clinics are first-come, first-served. No appointments are ever necessary.

The Hamilton County Low Cost Spay Neuter Clinic is open for surgery by appointment only Monday and Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm. Call 706-0537 between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm to schedule your appointment.

The Vaccine Clinic is open Monday and Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm. and Saturday 8:00 am - 12:00 noon on a first come, first served basis. No appointment is necessary. Come have your pet vaccinated against the most common forms of disease and infection - and always at the lowest possible prices.

The Frantz L. Dantzler friends for life fund, inc., is a charity in St. Joseph County, Ind., that works with veterinary clinics to help needy people provide basic care to their pets. The Frantz Fund helps qualified clients by paying up to 90 percent of the cost of basic veterinary care.

What We Do

Services during the fund’s development stage include:

>> Rabies inoculation
>> DHLPP Vaccination
>> Microchip ID
>> Spay or neuter surgery
>> Emergency euthanasia

As resources permit, services will be expanded.

How It Works

Clients who meet low-income guidelines may apply for services at one of our participating St. Joseph County vets. The fund offers up to $200 in assistance per year for each pet, with a limit of two pets per client.
