I'm sorry, I don't know how to post pictures from iPad. From a computer, you have to first upload the picture to a site like Photobucket or Flicker, and then click where it says "url" to post here. HTH. Others will be able to tell you more, and probably just haven't checked here yet tonight.

Here's a link to a thread where everyone tried to help me learn. Maybe there's some info you could use there:

I found that I have the best luck posting pics using photobucket, but they changed the way they link in, and my work computer wont run the code (work computers are about 6 years behind on software).  Accounts are free and when you upload a pic, there is a box with 3 different ways to share the pic.  you click in the box for direct sharing, I think it is, and then copy into the forum box.  clicking in their box automatically copies code onto your clip board.

I hope that helps.

Does flicker still work in here? If not that's the problem and what I was trying to use.

yes it works, but is a pain.  When you paste the link, it adds a long string of extra stuff so all you get is a link to their site instead of your pic showing up.   I did find on the internet that if you take off most of that extra info on the link the pic will show up like it used to.  Of course then you've taken off the purpose of the change, to attribute Flickr to hosting your pic.

I still use flickr - I found most of the others insist on you signing up for lots of **** ads etc.  Flickr gives me a terabyte of storage free.  After a bit of playing I wrote myself the following guide cos I do forget every time I go back in! :

very small – from right-click then 'copy image location' on photo itself (also in page info, 1st entry under title):

very large – from photo page- r-click pic and 'ViewPage Info' – 2nd entry under 'title'
https://c1.staticflickr.com/1/289/18713669344_c7a48bd9f7_b.jpg

in 'batch organize' – 'edit photos – title,tags' gives med-small :

also works as medium – seems farm1 or c1 at start of url are interchangeable:
