Glad to hear she's doing better. Sounds like she did just tweak something.

Oh my gosh, I'm late here!
Is Sophers doing better? You must be so worried!
I'm sending the very best leggy vibes. It must have been the way she landed on it while doing her Kitty Olympics. It must! She just wanted to balance things out with her toof.
I'll be looking for your follow up!

Had same thought as Laurie that maybe she jumped off of something and landed wrong? Maybe in cleaning herself twisted slightly off and caused sprain or muscle twinge?

Well so far this morning Sophers seems fine except for some diarrhea from the meds she is on. No limping, no holding herself funny, etc. Go figure, I still dont know what happened. Maybe she was playing sick to try and get out of having her meds! Im glad though as we have other things we are dealing with, trying to save her toofie and her gingivitis, dont need anything else added to the mix.

I'm so glad to hear that Sophers' leggy seems to be all better. LOL, yeah, maybe she was trying to get some sympathy in hopes she wouldn't have to take her toof medicine.

Thanks for asking about Sophers. Well we see no sign of limp at all, it doesnt act like a pull or strain or anything coz one minute it was bad, the next it was OK. Im thinking that maybe after her self-administered bath, that she got a claw sheath stuck in her toe or foot or something. You know how they bite on their toes and loosen those sheaths? I think maybe thats what happened but I dont know. Sophers has been a mystery kitty from day one so no telling with her. She is having some real sludgey, sticky diahrrea and Im assuming thats from the meds, good grief, it really gets stuck on her fur around her hind end area so she had a bit of a "haircut" this morning. Its has been limited to once a day and part normal, part loose so Im keeping on with the meds as we really need to try and save that toofie. The Clindamycin has helped her gingivitis in the back sooooo much but so far the abscess area in the front has shown little improvement. She truly thinks we are here to harrass and torture her. First the nail clipping, then the teef brushing, then the meds, then the hair mat picking, then the brushing. A cats life is h--l in this household, Sophers says to the rest of the kitties on this planet, dont move here!

Scooter & MK would like to remind Sophers that payback has its own rewards ...
MK said the strawberry soda can that she intentionally knocked over was full and cold and sticky. The look on her mommie's face was worth one payback for one dose of the gooey meds in that was put in her eye.

LOL Offy, payback has been occurring. Last night she decided that running in front of me while I was going down the stairs and putting the brakes on so I would trip and fall over her was the right thing to do. I think she was disappointed I didnt break my neck. This morning it was getting everyone up at 4:00 am by getting into everything, whining, running around the house and basically just making as much noise as possible. Once everyone was up, she went to bed about an hour later. Must have been tired, the poor thing, I wonder why. She has also learned that when I get the medicine bottle and syringe out, its time to run and play hide and seek. By the time I catch her, Im exhausted. Cant wait til we are done with the meds which is another 7 days or so.
