I received news from Nabiya this evening that her CRF kitty named Kitt'n is in intensive care at the local animal hospital. She had become extremely constipated and from her straining she ruptured a blood vessel which caused her to lose quite a lot of blood. Along with this problem is added that her body temperature has dropped extremely low and at this time they do not know the cause. I would like to ask that prayers and healing thoughts be sent out to Kitt'n and her family. I know this has been a very rough week for so many. My prayers are with you all.

Poor Kitt'n  Be sure that I will be praying for a quick and entire recovery for Kitt'n and grace and strength for Nabiya. May our thoughts and prayers fly up to heaven and be answered real soon. |

Update on Kitt'n. Last evening Kitt'n went into respiratory distress. The vet then ordered bloodwork and chest xrays. Her blood panel was fine but her red blood cell count was so low that the vet opted to give her a blood transfusion. They are hopeful that the transfusion will turn things around. Hopefully I will know more later today.

So sorry to hear that Kitt'n is ill. Glad you were able to get her to the vet in time.
