FANTASTIC NEWS!!!!

Ozzie's pathology report came back today, and the bump was some sort of pocket of infection that was initially caused by some unknown foreign body, which is no longer present.  It was getting larger and needed to be taken off, although a less aggressive surgery with smaller margins than those taken when MCT worries abounded was necessary, but he's a trooper and healing nicely.

I can't tell you how relieved I am today, a huge weight is lifted.  Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers, I know that God heard them.

Thank you all!

Yeah!!!  That is wonderful news about Ozzie!  I had a feeling this would turn out good from the details you gave us.  I think you did the right thing with the removal, though.  I would have done the same thing.

When Ozzie is healed up you'll have to go on a special outing to celebrate.  Smiley

Great news!  I'm so glad Ozzie is OK and healing nicely.  Don't worry about the fact that they removed the growth with large margins.  It's always best to err on the side of caution IMO and remove everything just in case.  It will all heal anyway.  Smiley

Congratulations to you and Ozzie on the wonderful outcome!

Happy news! I think you did the right thing having this removed and examined; I'm so glad you had a good outcome.
