Thank you, Peg, for that update about Giz. I too would like to read more about the years that you and he shared together.

((hugs))

Thank you for sharing Gizmo with us for so long. It sounds like he was very ready to pass over the Bridge.
I wonder if he might have thrown a blood clot. This sounds very much like what happened to my catgirl, Dexter Louise. She was only 7 and we had NO idea that she had any kind of heart disease. If it was, there was nothing more that anyone could have done. All the vets said that even if they could have dissolved that clot, there would certainly be more.
We're here for you. And I, too, would love to hear more Gizmo stories when you feel ready to share them with us.
We all loved him, too, I think.
Blessings

Peg, I for one think sharing your "tails" would be as good for you as it is for us!!!  I would love to hear how Giz's life was before he got so sick too---I'm sure you have alot to tell us!!!
Love,

Peg,

You take care and post more Gizmo stories when you can.  Would love to see more pictures of him.

Peg thanks for your time spent with Giz and how he went in peace. Would love to hear more stories from when he was a lil babe when you first had him 'move in' and take over your heart. Take care and look forward to hearing more....

Thank you Peg for sharing that with us and I'm glad your vet came thru for you.  Your Gizmo became part of all our families he was a special boy.

Yesterday, I received a beautiful bouquet of flowers from my vet and the card was signed by him.
Today he called just to tell me he was so very sorry and to see if I was okay.
He said that he has never encountered anyone like me who really puts their "all" into the care and comfort of their furkids.  He said that he could not really understand the true love that a person can have for furkids, until he met me and my brood.  He seems to have changed his thoughts and hopefully the other clients will receive the same benefits.

As far as not understanding the way fukids fill our hearts with love and all that is good.......Perhaps someday soon, I'll direct him here.  Wink

For all of you who sent prayers and healing thoughts to Giz and I, I can tell you for a fact that I felt them and it's for sure Gizmo did too.  We are a family here, and only we can understand what each one of us is going through, good or bad.  I don't think any of us will ever lose that.

Peg, this just reinforces my belief that there is something good in every bad---it was stressed to me by my mom---Giz and you have had a huge impact - you have made him see what we all already see!!  That is the good in this bad! Cry Cry
