Since it's likely that everyone will get the server error message until I have time to adjust a few things, which likely won't be until tomorrow afternoon at least, here is a quick work-around, for those who haven't figured it out yet:

When you get the error message, simply go back to itchmoforums.com using your address bar or bookmark. Your post will be there, although the thread may not be marked as read.

There are a couple of other things that are not working right, including login where you may get the same message, but if you do the same thing (re-enter using your address bar or bookmark, not page reload in your browser), it will take care of it.

Some of you who are oldies like me (remember I started way back in the beginning but this is just an adjusted membership for me) may remember that filbert had a few similar issues the first time the server was moved.

I've just been going back to the thread page using the Back button, then refreshing the page.  The post is then there.

For some browsers, people reported that did not work. But if it works for you, go for it!

Well, the error message is gone, but the login redirect is still not working right--or at least it wasn't when I logged in just now. No error message, but the page still didn't redirect right.

I now have two engineers from tech support at the server site working on this.  Tongue

Try clearing your browser's cache and sign in again if you are still experiencing errors.

I think everything should be working now. I want to add that the hosting service engineers were worth every penny we pay the provider, and then some, for their work yesterday.

A huge THANK YOU to all who helped at the server end to get this forum up and running right again!

And a very special Thank You to catbird and JM for all of the behind the scenes work and hours you both put in to keep this board up and running for us to 'play' on. Smiley

Everything appears to be working 100%

A big Thank You to catbird, JM and anyone else who helped to get Itchmo back up.

I agree with caylee that there was a lot of "behind the scenes work" these past 10 days that we don't even know about.

Congratulations

I got the server not found message just now but by the time I had typed a PM for JustMe we were back up.   Please, don't disappear today!

There were widespread issues in internetland today, including with connections to some of our servers at work, which have nothing to do with the forum in any way, shape, or form. I hope that is all it was.
