When I click "unread topics" today the response is "no topics"; however I know there are some because I'm accessing what I can from the home page. Explorer told me it had to close for some reason a while ago, I reopened it - I suppose that could be our system, though. Thanks for help!

If I have to close the browser completely down, I loose all of the unread topics too. I think that is the way it works. So if you shut down the computer every day - that feature will not work for you.

Why? Don't know.

Thanks, MarySmith, I think you're right and I did lose that unread topics feature when Explorer shut itself down - but the odd thing was that when I re-started Explorer and opened the forums again I found I was still logged in so I would have expected it to act as though I was on one log in visit rather than two separate ones - oh well, a temporary glitch so all's well.

I hope someone can help me.  I had to register again and use my work email.  I am starting at square one and do not want to do that.  Also I want to use my home email but noooooooooooooooooooooo.  I cannot remember my password.  I have asked 4 times in the last 2 days for itchmo to email the link to me to reset my password but I get nothing.  My original user name and email are correct because I tried to reuse them since it told me yesterday I did not exist.  When I tried to reuse them it said they are already being used.  Yes - BY ME!!!!!  What do I do?  I need to remove my work email and I want to go back to what I originally used as that is where all my history is but I can't get to it!

Thank you,

09pj08, Some email domains have not been accepted by the system, for unknown reasons, in the past.  See here:

Don't know exactly what the fix is, but try re-registering using a gmail or yahoo email address.  Those seem to work.  Rest assured, it's not just you.

Maybe it's on my end, but when I type in just itchmo dot com, the two last hot linked titles near the top rightof the page are missing, namely "forums" and the title that was to the left of "forums." When I run my cursor over the area where "forums" should be, I can see the the name of the link and can click the blank space and still arrive at the forums...  I did this twice to see if I just had a glitch the first time...

January 18. I've been trying to post a new topic with a small jpg attached to it, and I continually get a message that upload cannot be completed because we're out of space.
