maybe also Japan, though I don't usually see too many products from there in the US.  Germany, France, Denmark, etc.  Problems are not unheard of over there but they have some fairly strong laws that meet/exceed ours here.

Toothbrushes, dental floss, various dental toothpick things for plaque - read labels!  Many are from China, eeeeeekkkk!  If I can't find US in these, I'll go with Germany which seems to make a fair amount of products.  Disposable razors heads too.
