There are a number of USA made treats for $19.99 a pound, or less.  This product is not cheap.  I wonder if they are hard or soft.  Does not include any ingredient panel.  Does not exclude rice.  Leaves lots of questions.

Scratch since the products label can't be clearly read from the news site we would need to be in the store that carries this and read the label. I agree if it contains any grains it's not for my dog.

100% Wild Sockeye Salmon

Sounds like the sole ingredient is salmon.

It's listed for cats, too.  How about a crosspost in the Cat Product section?

I'll add them to the food and treat by brand forums later on.

"Natural Nibbles 100% Wild Sockeye Salmon are all natural and high in protein with omega 3 & 6 Fatty Acids." sounds like they are Salmon and nothing else.

you can usually find a better price on amazon for salmon treats. i've been buying wild alaskan brand salmon treats made by grizzly as i got bulk deals on amazon. i *assumed* they were usa made until yesterday when i learned about fish ol refining in china *sigh*. so i will be writing the company. from what i can tell they extract their salmon oil, not refine it. most canned alaskan salmon i buy is from usa or canada, so i'm hoping that's the case with the treats and oil. grizzly also makes treats as does alaskan bear and plato. plato is all usa made with no ingredients from china and runs 8-9 per lb. their strips are 90% pacific salmon. also, different salmons run different prices. the wild sockeye might be one of the more desirable ones (for humans). can't remember at the moment  Smiley

as you may have gathered, salmon is popular among my 4-legged crew! lol!~

All salmon? Already have treats that are 9.99 for 16oz from www.platopettreats.com made in U.S.A. without GMO's, no by-products, etc. Now have a smaller 6oz for 5.59 at my local Pet Supplies Plus. And Plato's has chicken, salmon, duck and kangaroo strips too.

Still haven't seen these in my Costco......however, they now carry a big bucket of Buddy Biscuits but it's way too much for one dog.  I get my Buddy Biscuits in Trader Joes & it's just a box of them, not a huge bucket. Smiley

I want to try these but not sure when they'll have them..... Huh
