Pom is mostly Evo and home cooked food now, but went on vacation a couple weeks back and homestyle was a convenient option for the pet sitter to feed and leave out for a couple hours (evo gets icky after an hour) and prior to that homestyle was an alternate not sole source. I wouldn't use it as sole source again, either. His hair had the most godawful shedding cycle ever (maybe it was coincidental but not taking the chance) and got really dry. Two weeks back on evo and he's better and not licking his paws like he was when homestyle was sole source. I wonder if it's not balanced enough as a daily food source... but thats just my experience. I'd still use it as an alternate here and there or a quick meal in case no time to order evo...
