I just bought one and so far I am not very happy.  I'm trying to get used to how it works but it seems unless I am sitting directly in front of the wi-fi it doesn't work.  So unless I want to sit on the floor nothing.  Before with my last computer I could connect anywhere. This thing is so tiny it is hard to hold on my lap and type or web surf. I probably can't even return it now.

Judy,
I don't know anything about Chromebooks, but that is too bad that it is such a disappointment.  I would at least try to return it, especially if you have not had it long.  Good luck!

From what you say about the difficulty connecting to WiFi, it might be defective in that regard.  As Mandycat said, I'd get in touch with your seller and return it.

Don't know where you bought it, but most stores are pretty customer-friendly when it comes to things like this.  If you can't get a refund, you can get a merchandise credit to use for something else.  Even if you bought the item on eBay, that site offers a satisfaction guarantee allowing you to return an item to the seller with eBay taking care of refunding your money.

Well I moved my router and my wi-fe seems to work better now. It's very tiny little notebook.
