Cat Care Society’s on-site veterinary clinic is dedicated to reducing pet overpopulation by committing a larger share of the funds we spend on homeless cats to programs that prevent them from becoming homeless in the first place.  We provide spays, neuters and veterinary care for cats.  We offer subsidized services for qualifying low-income clients.

Our Mission: Provide HOPE* to keep families together and prevent homeless animals
(help to owners with pet expenses)

Pets provide comfort during tough times, so it is important now more than ever to help people keep their pets so they don't have to storm the tragedy of losing their home and/or job alone. We know quite a few pet owners would rather go hungry or share their food with their pet, rather than have the pet go hungry. Our mission is to help provide food for the pets, to keep food on the table for people. We offer continuous food assistance to pets in the Colorado Springs/El Paso County area and emergency pet food services to the state of Colorado.

We are advocates for spaying and neutering pets and the humane treatment of all beings, including humans. We work with several local food pantries, churches, human services agencies, animal rescues, and the animal shelter in an attempt to reach those most in need. Our services include:

A pet food bank for families & organizations in need
A pet supply service from collars, leashes, beds, and other pet care products
Offering referrals to low cost spay/neuter and vaccination clinics
Offering referrals for those seeking pet friendly housing
Prescription pet food assistance
