Great site, Trudy, thanks so much for letting us know! I've never seen such unusual scratching boxes and made in the USA.

Some of those toys look nice & tough, too. Might even survive my dogs carrying them around & slobbering all over them. I can't keep any cat toys around because of the dogs.
Yesterday I threw a hazelnut across the room for my really playful stripey boy & he loved it. Today he was playing with it & I noticed it was just part of the shell--my schipperke discovered it & used his needle nose as a nutcracker on it to get the nut out. I forgot how adept he is at that.

I found a great company that sells the best cat toys. They are all handmade in the USA and my cats absolutely LOVE them. The company is called PetCandy www.petcandy.com.

I can't remember if I posted this in a different thread before, but I got my sister's cats these mice for Christmas. http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php?listing_id=8425929She recently told me they have played with them so much it's getting hard to read their names! Everything on etsy is handmade. I searched cat toys at etsy.com and also got some hand crocheted mice.
