I recently bought a bag of this food as my kitties had been eating another brand for over a year. They seem to like it and are doing well on it.

Local indie store carries and gave me a sample... Zoey loves it ... and at least here the price is very very nice... $10 for 5 lbs

No but I will gladly call or email the company and ask .... Today it was allergy tested for ZOEY and it is the BEST of the food s for her ... She finally no longer needs kitten food ( she will be 4 in FEB) |

Just an FYI for those who are worried about phosphorus levels. They said their phosphorus level is 1.2%.

The small pet store carries it here & it does look good. Great price too. I was told by the sales woman that they used to make Timberwolf Organic's food for them, but the price had gone so high & they had some differences of opinion they decided to part ways & start their own line of food.
I was a little unclear on what she meant by 'they made TWO food for them', she didn't mean the Chenango pet food plant itself, so I guess this group was somehow associated with the TWO company somewhere in the lineup of players before the actual manufacturing plant (co-owners, formulators, ??). I have no idea if any of this is true.

I guess there is just no winning when it comes to the food we choose. Especially since there are so few grain free formulas in either kibble or canned. Taste of the Wild from Diamond or Wellness from Menu.  |

Yeah I went  seeing the diamondpet email addy ... they ARE through ... theysent the complete data sheets ... I also had a ?? on the dog food I wish they made it themselves but since testing of four very premium drys this came up best ... and Zoey likes it shell be eating it for a bit First is as fed second is dry matter %.. Calcium 1.9 2.08 phos 1.20 1.31 magnesium .12 .13 total ash 8.9 9.7 total carb 19.7 21.5 |

Zoey tried another food but she came down with allergic gingivitis and I went back to Taste ... the inflammation is nearly gone and I am finding more stores locally carrying it so the price actually went down a little
