Well this food is made by someone who has 21 cats and who has lost numerous cats to commercial pet food.

I've fed it for over a year now and can honestly say it is the best raw food on the market. There are no grains, veggies, fruits, antibiotics, chemicals or preservatives in it. The turkey is especially popular with my cats.

My new vet completely supports this diet since he is well aware of how compromised the PFI is and how commercial pet food is causing so many illnesses in cats that veterinarians are not able to correctly diagnose or then solve.

Unfortunately so far only one of my cats will eat it and he looks beautiful after just 2 weeks.  Still working on my other 6.  Wish I would have found this food when they were kittens so I could have raised them with it.  I am convinced I would have saved a lot of $$$$$ in vet bills and UA surgeries.

Any cat can be transitioned onto a good raw food like FP. You have to make sure that you:

--remove all dry food from the house (they can smell those additives that get them addicted to the dry even through the bags)
--return it for a refund -- where it belongs, collecting dust in the warehouse
--use a canned like Fancy Feast if you absolutely need to to transition the cat; that way you are using the addictive things they put it it to transition your cat to a healthier diet
--parmesan cheese and bonito flakes also work well as transitioning toppings
