I missed this thread before, I hope everything's going better and something will work to inspire Sam to use the litterbox.

Have you tried the comfort zone spray ? The feral in my basement was peeing on the floor until I started spraying it where he had been going.  It seems to work better than the plug in for peeing & spraying . Also using the cat attract herbs heavily in the litter .

Yeah Leslie I use it every day but I spray on a cloth and rub that around except for soft material I just spray on those. I added a fourth litter box and mixed clay with World's Best and he is using the box. He is very insecure actually they both are. I have put him back on prozac the issue is getting him to take it, I have been using a treat but he is getting wise to that too. Cats are smart.

Houdini [ the feral] has figured out that he can get up in the rafters & hide behind insulation . He eats around all meds I try to put in the food, except this tret youmay want to try . Both he & Shadow will eat them . NaturVet quiet moments calming aid. I paid $8.99 for a pkg of 60 at the local indy pet supply . It is helping.
