This isn't being reported much in the press, but there is a SECOND class action suit launched in Canada.

Against Royal Canin Canada. You can download the STATEMENT OF CLAIM that lists all the foods there identified with excessive Vitamin D. And the lawsuit is open-ended to anyone who purchased Royal Canin products since August, 2004.

Thank you for the link for the Toronto Lawyers.  It was very interesting.  I didn't know anyone did this sort of thing on line.  I don't need it as my cat hasn't been diagnosed with anything, but I notice that they handle claims for other things as well, including vioxx.  Bookmarked that for future use if anyone I know ever needs it....

I fed this food to my cats for years and I still have most of the receipts, I wonder what I can do??
