As has previously been mentioned, we need to conserve server space; maxing out our space is one factor contributing to outages of this site.

One thing that consumes a lot of space is photos posted as attachments, rather than using sites such as Photobucket or Flickr.

Accordingly, I have disabled the posting of attachments from this point forward. The file folder was full anyway, and will not be increased again. While we love photos, we've always asked people to store them elsewhere, for this exact reason.

For those of you who were in the habit of posting your pictures this way because you don't know how to do it otherwise, feel free to contact me or any experienced photo poster for instructions, if you can't find the threads describing how to post them using photo sharing sites. Accounts on Photobucket and Flickr are free and easy to set up.
